Pack of 20 adjustable cardboard graduation hats.
Supplied plain for you to create and flat-packed for easy self-assembly. Each hat is made from black 300gsm board and measures 25 x 25 x 10cm when assembled. Adjustable to fit most, with a minimum circumference of 45.5cm and a maximum circumference of 48cm using the slits provided.
Glue or tape is required for assembly (sold separately). Tassels sold separately.
