What is your ABN?

Can anyone buy from CleverPatch or do you have to work in a school etc?
Anyone can buy from CleverPatch! All orders are supplied with an itemised Tax Invoice. Unless you have a business account with us all orders must be paid for at the time of ordering.

How can I order online?

We are a school, do we pay the GST?
All of our items are subject to GST, which is payable by all customers who order from CleverPatch. GST is itemised on our Tax Invoices.

How to I set up an online account with CleverPatch?
It's so easy! You can head to the apply page on our website and simply fill out your details.

We order frequently, do you have an order form that I can download?
We sure do! Simply click here to download the order form.

Do you have a layby option?
We would love to, but unfortunately our system doesn't currently have that functionality. Our products are available all year round through our website. In addition, schools and childcare centres who don’t already have an account with us can apply for a 30 day account.

Am I able to order with NDIS?
If you are NDIS self-managed or plan managed and would like to shop at CleverPatch, we can help!
Simply email your order, NDIS number and NDIS participant name to us at orders@cleverpatch.com.au with your delivery details and we'll get back to you with a formal quote. This quote can be sent to NDIA for payment to yourself. You can then email us to proceed with and pay for your order. Alternatively, you can order on our website as normal and pay upfront. A tax invoice will be emailed to you as your order is shipped - this can then be submitted to NDIA.
If you have a question regarding NDIS, we recommend reaching out to your Support Coordinator or Plan Manager.

Do you sell wholesale/have a wholesale price?
CleverPatch does not currently wholesale any of our items. Our commitment is to providing all customers with the lowest price possible to make creative materials more affordable for everyone.

Are my details safe?
Yes, the security of your personal information is very important to us. For more information take a look at our Privacy Policy.

Is it safe to buy online?
Yes, we encrypt all information that you submit using 256 Bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption by GeoTrust. Our payment system conforms to the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and we do not store your credit card details.

What form of payment is acceptable online?
We will happily accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. If you are a business (e.g. school, library, centre etc.) we can set you up as an account customer with a 30 day invoice. If you are placing your first online order please call us during business hours to activate your account.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We generally ship within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order, this is subject to change during peak periods so please let us know if your order is urgent. We offer you priority shipping options and have tracking available for most orders! Depending on where you are located your order will take different amounts of time to reach you, take a look at our shipping page for more information.

If you are in urgent need of your order please let us know in your delivery instruction so we can ensure your order leaves us as soon as possible.

Can I pick an order up?
To save you having to pick up your order we have made our freight options incredibly affordable. So just tell us where you would like your order delivered to and we will get it straight to you! Alternatively if you live close to us here at Beresfield we would love to say hello! Simply let us know in the delivery section of your order if you would prefer to pick it up and we’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready.

Our Head Office and warehouse is located at 9 Balbu Close Beresfield, NSW, 2322, Australia.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently don’t offer international shipping. For enquiries we’d love for you to give us a call on +61 2 4014 8300 or send through an email to info@cleverpatch.com.au.

How is CleverPatch helping the community?
CleverPatch is a proud supporter of the Sydney Children’s Hospital Art Therapy Programme and the wonderful work they are doing. We also support the Maitland Regional Art Gallery with all of the creative materials for their Art Factory. These two programmes are both providing fantastic support to the community and children’s art interests.

Do the products you sell meet Mandatory Safety Standards?
Any products we sell, which are covered by mandatory safety standards, are tested accordingly to ensure compliance. The labels on our products also identify specifics such as age appropriateness, choking hazards and other important information where necessary.
