How to Set up an Embroidery Frame

Step 1Loosen the screw at the top of the embroidery frame to separate the 2 frames.
Step 2Place the outside frame to the side, leaving you with just the smaller, inside frame.
Step 3Position the inside frame under the material so it hangs over the edges.
Step 4Push the outside frame over the top of the material and inside frame, sandwiching the fabric in place.
Step 5Start tightening the screw at the top of the frame to hold everything in place.
Step 6Pull the fabric taut as you tighten.
Step 7Your frame should have the fabric secured in place and stretched tightly like a drum. Now it’s time to start embroidering!
