Shaving Kit

A handy bag is just what Dad needs when travelling to keep all of his shaving bibs and bobs together. Add a cute message to remind him how much you love him so that he doesn't feel home sick while he's away!

  • Step 1It’s best to pre-wash your bag before you start to decorate it. Allow to dry. Run the iron over it so that you have a nice smooth surface to work on.
  • You may need an adult’s assistance for this step.
  • Step 3Sketch out your design onto a piece of paper before you start to decorate your bag. Once you have a design, transfer it lightly onto your bag using a pencil. This is not essential, but helps with planning your design.
  • Step 4Use fabric markers to draw over your design on your bag. You might like to use fabric paint or even try sticking some felt shapes on with fabric glue.
  • Step 5After you are finished decorating your bag, allow the design to dry. Pop your bag inside out and iron the reverse side of your bag using a low heat setting for 4 minutes.
  • You may need an adult’s assistance for this step.
