Pretty Girl Porcelain Flowerpot

Step 1Clean your porcelain pot with soapy water and dry well.
Step 2Allow your design to dry for a minimum of 24 hours.
Step 3Once dry, place your pot in a cold household oven. Once the temperature has reached 160°C, bake your pot for 90 minutes to heat set your design.
Remember when baking your doll, DO NOT pre-heat the oven. The difference in temperature may cause your doll to crack. Instead, put your object in a cold oven, then turn the oven on).
Step 5Paint a decofoam ball in skin colour, allow to dry and then attach to the pot with glue.
Step 6Cut 9 lengths of red yarn and plait together to create the girls hair. Attach with glue to the top of her head.
Step 7Cut a small rectangle of hessian and tape or glue the back corners together to create your little girl’s hat.
Step 8Attach eyes and a nose with glue and draw a little mouth onto her face.
We used a piece of Paper Magiclay for her nose and then painted it but you could also use a button or just draw it on!
Step 10Cut out some glittery shoes from adhesive glitter foam and attach them to the pot.
Step 11Glue some buttons onto her dress and she is complete!
