Glass Monster Tealight Candles

Step 1Clean your glass tealight with soapy water and dry well.
Step 2Think about what you want to draw on your glass tealight. If you are unsure, try drawing a design on paper first, then copy it onto your glass tealight with your glass and porcelain markers. Look to our designs for inspiration or come up with your own.
Step 3Allow your design to dry for a minimum of 24 hours.
Step 4Once dry, place your glass tealight in a cold household oven. Once the temperature has reached 160°C, bake your candle holder for 90 minutes to heat set your design.
Remember, when baking your glass tealight, DO NOT pre-heat the oven. The difference in temperature may cause your candle holder to crack. Instead, put your object in a cold oven, then turn the oven on. Take a look at our Glass & Porcelain Marker Tips for more information.
