World Teachers’ Day Bunting

Internationally, World Teachers’ Day is celebrated on the 5th of October. As this is normally in school holidays, Australia celebrates on the last Friday of October every year. It’s a chance to celebrate teachers and the role they play in the development of students and the community. Get into the spirit and decorate your classroom with our free bunting download!
  • Step 1Download and print out as many bunting templates as needed. The more templates you print, the longer your bunting will be. We recommend you use cover paper as this provides a great surface for decorating and hanging your bunting.
  • Step 2Give each person at least one bunting triangle to decorate using markers or pencils.
  • Step 3Cut out the bunting along the solid black outline. Adult supervision is recommended when using scissors. Mountain fold the tab along the grey dotted line.
  • Step 4Place each piece of bunting over a long length of cord, making sure the cord sits under the fold. Use glue or tape to secure each tab to the back of the bunting. Allow to dry if needed.
  • Step 5Your World Teachers’ Day Bunting is now ready to hang!
