“Exploring and connecting to culture through the Dreamtime enriches our understanding of Aboriginal heritage. Dreamtime is a key part of Aboriginal culture and spirituality; it is filled with stories explaining the origins of the world and life's great lessons. As we follow the footsteps of our Elders we honour and preserve these traditions through story, art and dance. This is precious knowledge and wisdom passed down through generations, celebrating what makes Australian Aboriginals amazing.

The artwork narrates the story of a person travelling through the Dreamtime back to their inner self. It embodies culture, enveloping the person completely. The footsteps trace a path back to family and community where culture grows, where they too will grow.”
