Step 1Download and print our free template and cut out. Adult supervision is recommended when using scissors. Alternatively you can create your own chatterbox using a square piece of paper.
Step 2If using our template, make sure fold the design is facing downwards. Fold the square in half point to point to make a triangle and then unfold. Repeat with the opposite points of the square.
Step 3Fold each of the corners into the centre to create a smaller square.
Step 4Fold this smaller square in half to create a rectangle and then open back out.
Step 5Flip the square over to the opposite side.
Step 6Fold each of the corners into the centre to create another smaller square.
Step 7Fold the square in half to make a rectangle. Unfold, spin the square 90 degrees and fold in half again to create a rectangle. Unfold back to the square.
Step 8Now it’s time to decorate your chatterbox! Use pencils or markers to colour in the different sections of your chatterbox. Your Chatterbox is now ready to use!
