Cupcake Handkerchief

  • Take a look at our “How to Sew a Running Stitch” for more information!
  • Step 1Copy the cupcake template provided onto cover paper and cut out. Use the template as a guide and trace the base and icing shape onto felt. Alternatively draw your own cupcake shapes onto felt.
  • Step 2Cut out the felt shapes.
  • Step 3Stitch around the edge of the handkerchief. We used running stitch.
  • Step 4Glue the cupcake onto one corner of the handkerchief.
  • Step 5Cover the top of the cupcake in glue, sprinkle some beads over the top and glue a round rhinestone on top.
