Step 1Cover the front of your paper plate with glue and apply the shredded paper. Allow to dry.
Step 2Put a small slit in the top of your plate then bend a chenille stem in half and push the open ends through the slit created. Bend the ends so they are secure.
Step 3Glue large patty pans onto the plate to create a face.
Step 4Glue wiggle eyes into some small patty pans, then glue the small patty pans into the large patty pans. Allow to dry.
Step 5Using coloured paper, cut out squares for the monsters teeth. Glue these onto the face.
Step 6Twist a piece of tissue paper so that it can become a mouth and glue it on top of the teeth.
Step 7Using a single hole punch, place 4 holes along each side of the face and one at the top. Thread crepe streamers through the holes so they hang down.
Step 8Thread some twine through the loop at the top and hang. Tie to secure.
