Step 1Download and print out the template provided. Lay the ear templates onto the top of the egg carton lid. Use a pencil to trace around the templates and cut them out. Cut one of the pointed cone shaped pieces from inside the egg carton. Cut four small slits into the top. Adult supervision is recommended when using scissors. Press the small tabs you have created downwards to overlap them. Use glue to secure and allow to dry.
Step 2Paint your egg carton pieces the colour you wish your bunny to be. Allow to dry. Using a marker, draw a face on the pointed piece of egg carton, with the nose and mouth on the front, flat side and eyes on the top. You may also wish to add further details onto the ears.
Step 3Use the templates provided to cut out frame shapes from coloured cardboard. You can layer the templates or even create your own fun shapes! Just make sure the frame is large enough for your bunny to fit inside. Glue any layers together and allow to dry.
Step 4Position your ears and bunny head on the cardboard within your frame. When you are happy with the position, secure with glue. Allow to dry.
Step 5Use paint to give your bunny a fun shirt and decorate the background as you wish.
Step 6Your 3D Bunny Portrait is now ready to display!
