Step 1Using an A3 piece of white paper, paint the entire page with similar tones of watercolour. Allow to dry.
Step 2To create your bricks, divide the piece of paper evenly into 12 rectangles.
If you are using this for a classroom activity you could adjust the size and amount of bricks per child to suit your needs.
Step 3Cut out your bricks and lay them out how you would like them to be displayed.
Step 4Glue some of the bricks flat onto your piece of cardboard, and the remaining bricks tape the top down so that the brick can be flipped up to reveal what is underneath.
Step 5Draw or paint images underneath the revealing bricks of things you might like to imagine over your back fence. We have used watercolour paints but you could also use pencils, markers or photos! Display your beautiful wall with the heading ‘You could only Imagine’.
