Easter Egg Character Gifts

Download Activity Template
Create adorable Easter Egg Characters to give to your friends and family! This easy craft is perfect for holding small Easter treats and the characters will bring joy to every-bunny!
  • Step 1Print out the character template provided. Decorate then cut out the pieces. Adult supervision is recommended when using scissors.
  • Step 2Decorate the plastic eggs using permanent markers. Think about what colours will go well with your decorated template pieces. You may even wish to leave some white. Allow to dry.
  • Step 3Open the eggs and lay them flat on a desk. Arrange the template pieces on top of the eggs until you are happy with the placement. You can use our image as a guide.
  • Step 4Glue the template pieces in place. Any tabs need to be glued to the inside of the egg so that the piece sticks out when the egg is closed. Allow to dry.
  • Step 5Glue wiggle eyes onto each character and allow to dry.
  • Step 6Fill your Easter Egg Characters with delicious Easter treats and gift to your friends and family!
